Wilhelm Race Changed? Empty Wilhelm Race Changed?

Yesterday I was on my warrior tanking Stratholme, when all of a sudden I saw a dwarf named Wilhelm. Apparently our leader has race-changed to a dwarf and has joined a guild called Brotherhood of the Light. On top of that, he told me to kill the Risen Hammersmith, or Rammstein or something. Does anyone else find this odd?
