/o Chat and You!

Hey guys. This is just a reminder that all arguments should be kept out of officer chat. This is our new policy that we expect to be followed. Should any arguments occur, the following actions will be taken:

1)A simple reminder of our policy will be stated in officer chat. All discussions on the topic are expected to cease.
2)The next person who mentions anything on the topic will be immediately demoted.
3)Any further escalation into the argument will result in guild removal.

Should you find yourself in an argument with another member, it is strongly suggested that you take one of the following actions:

1)Speak with the person in whispers
2)Speak with the person's district leader
3)Speak with a resource officer.

All of the above ways are a good solution to stopping any discord in the guild, and are expected to be used. Let's try to keep this place as friendly as possible, alright?

What about constructive arguments? (Arguments where no side is (or should be) offended)
IE: Tactics about playing another class
What gear should I go for next?
When the next meeting for whatever should take place or next RP event or whatever
etc....

Now that I think about it...that is an argument too. XD

So just keep hostile arguments out of officer chat. I think that is what Opide meant. We want the guild to stay together, and can`t have it split into two factions because of a simple disagreement.

Believe me, you have no idea how easy that can happen, no matter what guild.
